description FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a device as defined in the preamble of claim 1. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In recovering metal such as copper from sulfidic ores, the copper is released using a sulfidic acid to form a copper sulfate solution, from which solution the copper is electrolytically recovered by deposition to obtain copper metal. In electrolysis, a lead anode and a stainless steel cathode are immersed in an electrolyte bath comprising a copper sulfate / sulfuric acid solution. Electric current flows from the anode to the cathode, creating an electrochemical reaction in which metallic copper is deposited on the surface of the cathode. At the same time, oxygen is released at the surface of the anode. The oxygen forms bubbles which are released from the anode and rise through the electrolyte. At the free surface of the electrolyte, the bubbles burst and produce acid mist, which is a fine mist of droplets of acid suspended in the air space above the electrolyte. The acid mist induces a significant health hazard to users. Therefore, the extraction Elektro¬ lyse systems are equipped with a device for the recovery and treatment of acid mist. Electrolytic cells 7 are normally covered by hoods 8 (see FIG. 1), which are used to collect the acid mist and direct it to the atmosphere via the apparatus for treating the acid mist. Fig. 1 shows schematically a typical known device for the treatment of acid mist. The device for the treatment of acid mist comprises a gas scrubber 1, which operates on the principle of wet scrubbing and receives the exhaust gas including acid mist, which is sucked from the extraction electrolysis EW. The gas scrubber 1 removes the Säu¬renebel from the gas. Following the gas scrubber 1 in the flow direction of the gas, a drip separator 2 is provided. The gas is sucked out of the droplet separator 2 by a fan and conducted to a chimney 4, from which the purified gas exits into the ambient air. The fan 3 provides a negative pressure to suck the gas through the gas scrubber 1 and the mist eliminator 2. In addition, following the fan 3 in the flow direction of the gas, a throttle valve 6 is provided in front of the chimney 4. Such devices for treating acid fog are disclosed, for example, in the publication WO 2009/025837 A1 and article "Copper electrowinning in the absence of acidmist: six years of industrial application", Sabdiel Mella, Rodrigo Villarroel, Alejandro Lillo; SAMELtda, Chile, known. The problem is that a fan arranged downstream of the scrubber in the flow direction of the gas acts as a mammalian fan, not operating in an optimum manner and the gas flow can vary greatly and very abruptly. It was therefore necessary a throttle valve, which increases the investment costs. The throttle valve also has the effect of increasing the energy cost of the fan drive motor. The fan also requires an effective drive motor, which increases the investment cost. Another problem is that the gas scrubber operates under a negative pressure, the negative pressure promoting evaporation and thus adversely affecting the scrubber cleaning efficiency. In addition, the fan can not be cleaned during use by water, as the wash water would go straight out of the chimney. With the current system, the fan must be stopped for cleaning. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is to remedy the above-mentioned deficiencies. In particular, the object of the invention to disclose an improved device, which is more advantageous in terms of investment and operating costs than the current Einrichtun¬gen. Another object of the invention is to disclose a device in which the gas scrubber can operate at a slightly positive pressure. Yet another object of the invention is to disclose a device in which the cleaning of the fan during operation with water is possible without stopping the fan. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The device according to the invention is characterized by what is shown in claim 1. According to the invention, the fan is provided in front of the gas scrubber in the flow direction of the gas, whereby the gas scrubber operates at a slightly positive pressure. In one embodiment of the device, the recovery electrolysis is the source of acid misting. Other parts of the process can also produce acid fog. In one embodiment of the device, the fan is provided with a water spray cleaning device to clean the fan during operation. In one embodiment of the device, the gas scrubber is a wet scrubber, which brings the gas to be cleaned in contact with a washing solution. In one embodiment of the device, the mist eliminator is one of a cyclone type, a lamellar drop separator or a mesh drop separator or any combination thereof. In one embodiment of the device, the fan is a variable speed fan. LIST OF FIGURES In the following section, the invention will be further described, by means of exemplary embodiments, with reference to the accompanying drawing, in which Figure 1 shows schematically a device for the treatment of acid mist according to the prior art, and [0020] Fig. 2 shows schematically an embodiment of the device according to the invention dar¬ presents. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION FIG. 2 shows a device for treating exhaust gases, which include acid mist produced in the extraction electrolysis EW. The device comprises a gas scrubber 1 arranged to receive the acid mist which is to be cleaned by the acid mist and to remove the acid mist. A gas flow supplying fan 3 is arranged in front of the gas scrubber 1 in the flow direction of the gas, whereby the scrubber operates at a slightly positive pressure. Placing the fan 3 in front of the gas scrubber has the effect of the gas scrubber using less electrical energy because the unnecessary throttle valve is removed and the same scrubbing capacity is achieved with a smaller electric motor of the fan. In one embodiment, the investment costs are reduced by 10% and the operating costs by 20% relative to the corresponding known solution. The gas flow through the gas scrubber is reduced because the gas scrubber operates at a slightly positive pressure, rather than the slightly negative pressure of the solution used in the prior art of FIG. 2. In one embodiment, the difference in gas flow values is from 10.5% (Om.a.s.l.) to 17% (3000m.a.s.l.), reducing investment costs by 25%. The cleaning by water during the operation of the fan 3 is possible. In one embodiment, this means that the operating costs are reduced by 15% compared to the prior art. A system that operates at a positive pressure (even at a slightly positive pressure) favors condensation and thus improves wash capacity. With further reference to Fig. 2, a mist eliminator 2 is disposed in the flow direction of the gas after the gas scrubber to receive the gas from the scrubber and to remove droplets from the gas. The device also includes a chimney 4 which conveys the purified dry gas into the ambient air. The fan 3 is equipped with a water spray cleaning device 5 to clean the fan during operation. The fan 3 may be a constant or variable speed fan. The gas scrubber 1 is preferably a wet gas scrubber which brings the gas to be cleaned in contact with a scrubbing solution such as water. The mist eliminator 2 may be a cyclone, a lamellar or a mesh dropper, or a combination thereof. The invention is not limited to the examples of its embodiments as described above be limited; instead, many variations are possible within the scope of the invention as defined by the claims.
